45-minute session in our Salt Cave, there will be up to 10 people in this session. Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before your session, in comfortable clothing that you won't mind getting salt on. This is an ALLERGEN-FREE ENVIRONMENT. Please refrain from wearing any fragrances, smelling of cigarette smoke or any other strong scents. Animals are not permitted in the Salt Cave. Please maintain a quiet, meditative approach for the comfort of all guests. Please call or email ahead of time if you need other seating accommodations besides a gravity chair. Please sign the waiver before arrival.

Every Wednesday at 10am or Sunday at Noon. 45-minute session in our Salt Cave for a parent and up to 2 children under 10 (if you have more than 2 children, there is an "add a child" option for $10 each in our online booking section). Includes beach toys for kids! Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before your session, in comfortable clothing that you won't mind getting salt on. This is an ALLERGEN-FREE ENVIRONMENT. Please refrain from wearing any fragrances, smelling of cigarette smoke or any other strong scents. Animals are not permitted in the Salt Cave. 2-Hour rental of our Salt Cave for up to 10 guests, includes a bottle of Champagne with use of our Community Room for snacks and drinks (outside food or drink to be provided by the client). Yoga
$20
Visit our booking section to sign up for our weekly yoga classes. Currently we offer Restorative Yoga with Jayme on Thursdays at 6:30pm, Chakra Yoga + Dance on Saturdays at 9:30am, and Yoga Nidra in the Salt Cave, also on Saturdays, at 10:30am. Please book your spot ahead of time as spaces are limited, and be sure to sign the waiver before you arrive!
Special Events
Check our calendar for details! We regularly offer special events like Yoga series and PiYo classes, Breath Work, Sound Baths and more in our Salt Cave or Community Room! Be sure to sign the waiver when you sign up!
This facility is owned and operated by a Certified Halotherapist. Halotherapy is recognized as a safe and effective wellness practice for preventive and restorative health care. It is not a medical treatment and does not offer a cure! Halotherapy is not recommended for people with contagious diseases, fever, open wounds, lung cancer, severe hypertension, certain mental disorders and active tuberculosis. Pregnant women should consult with their doctor before using Halotherapy. Anyone with serious health concerns needs to seek proper medical advice and care.
