45-minute session in our Salt Cave, there will be up to 10 people in this session. Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before your session, in comfortable clothing that you won't mind getting salt on. This is an ALLERGEN-FREE ENVIRONMENT. Please refrain from wearing any fragrances, smelling of cigarette smoke or any other strong scents. Animals are not permitted in the Salt Cave. Please maintain a quiet, meditative approach for the comfort of all guests. Please call or email ahead of time if you need other seating accommodations besides a gravity chair. Visit our booking section to sign up for our weekly yoga classes. Currently we offer Salt Cave Gentle Yoga + Mediation on Saturdays at 10:00am. Please book your spot ahead of time as spaces are limited, and be sure to sign the waiver before you arrive!

This facility is owned and operated by a Certified Halotherapist. Halotherapy is recognized as a safe and effective wellness practice for preventive and restorative health care. It is not a medical treatment and does not offer a cure! Halotherapy is not recommended for people with contagious diseases, fever, open wounds, lung cancer, severe hypertension, certain mental disorders and active tuberculosis.
