Take a pause from the busyness of life and join us for a nourishing evening of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra in the tranquil healing environment of Earth Salt Stone's Salt Cave.

We'll begin with a gentle yin yoga practice, using long-held, supported postures to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and create space within the body. From there, you'll settle into Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation often called "yogic sleep"—designed to invite profound rest, relaxation, and inner stillness.

This special community offering is donation-based, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Earth Salt Stone as a way to support this beautiful local wellness space and help it continue serving our Jacksonville community.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is open to all levels. Simply come as you are and allow yourself an hour of intentional rest and renewal.
