Power of Play Workshop (May)
Join Charity for a fun, interactive workshop designed to help you release stress and reconnect with joy through playful, inner-child experiences. Held in the salt cave, this all-levels, fully accessible class requires no yoga experience and can be done in a chair.
You’ll explore what’s holding you back, reset your emotional state, and practice play in a safe, supportive space. Expect lighthearted activities, connection, and a take-home goody bag.
