Join Charity Haney for The Power of Play, an interactive, experience-based workshop designed to help you release emotional weight and reconnect with your natural sense of joy. Through gentle guidance and playful activities, you’ll tap into your inner child, reset your energy, and rediscover lightness in a safe and supportive space.
As adults, we often lose touch with the carefree, curious, and joyful parts of ourselves. This workshop is an invitation to practice play again—to let go of seriousness, soften into the moment, and reconnect with the part of you that finds joy in the simple things.
