About the event
Join Lisa for a special sound bath created for our local community - a chance to slow down, relax, reconnect, and simply be. Come get comfortable, settle in, and give yourself time to rest and and recieve. Everyone will be seated in the Gravity Chairs, and Blankets will be provided for this event. You dont need to bring anything.
