Join Lisa on Saturday, September 26 at 1 PM for an immersive sound journey in the salt cave inspired by the beginning of fall and the energy of the Harvest Moon. As the seasons shift, we’ll pause to reflect on all that we have grown, learned, and cultivated within ourselves. Through the healing vibrations of sound, you’ll be invited to release what no longer serves you, honor your inner harvest, and gently step into this new season with greater clarity and intention.
