Sound Journey Guided Meditation with Angelica

Angelica will be guiding participants through a Yoga Nidra meditation(yogic sleep) while receiving a full-body immersive experience with sound, frequency, and vibration. Angelica will be utilizing Himalayan bowls, 432hz Crystal Bowls, Buffalo Drums, Weighted and Unweighted Tuning Forks, Rattles/Shakers, Chau & Wind Gongs, and other instruments to create a journey with Sound. Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing are both practices that allow us to dive deeper into our bodies and allow deep mindful rest!  Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that involves a combination of mental imagery and the posture called Savasana or “corpse pose”. It’s known as yogic sleep or effortless relaxation. 

The goal of Yoga Nidra is to achieve a deep state of relation while remaining aware of your surroundings. It's said to help with stress management, help with sleep imbalances, and many other benefits.
