Donation-Based Slow Flow & Sound Bath
Join us for an evening of gentle, mindful movement and restorative sound. We’ll begin with a slow-flow vinyasa practice designed to connect each breath with intentional movement—soft stretches, fluid transitions, and grounding postures that welcome all levels.
After moving, settle into stillness for a soothing sound bath. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic instruments will guide you into deep relaxation, helping to release tension and restore balance.
This class is offered on a donation basis so everyone can experience the healing power of yoga and sound.
