Rhythm Reset Drum Workshop in the Salt Cave, Special Event with Amber of Into the Rhythm

This workshop will utilize drums, small percussion, harmony chime bells, percussion and voice to reset the nervous system. Rhythm reset is for safely release and transform pent up negative emotions. In the Salt Cave the power and intention will resonate forward, while also receiving benefits for your overall wellness through salt therapy.

Amber Hall has been drumming for over 25 years and has spent the last 10 years training with the top educators in the country. She is a certified DRUMBEAT facilitator and a certified Village Music Circles Facilitator . She continues to take yearly training to keep up to date with the growing field of Educators who utilize hand drumming to build community and provide programs that help to address social and health issues.
