🌞 July Power of Play: Summer Edition
Reconnect with your inner child and make room for more joy this summer! Join Charity for a playful, interactive workshop in the Salt Cave where you’ll release stress, recharge your spirit, and rediscover the fun, curiosity, and freedom that often gets lost in adulthood.
Through laughter yoga, guided meditation, gentle movement, dance, conversation, and other engaging activities, you’ll explore what may be holding you back from experiencing more play and happiness in your life. This month’s workshop also includes a delicious homemade summer treat, a fun goody bag, and you’ll create your own Summer Bucket List to take home.
