This month, you’ll leave not only feeling lighter, but also with a summer bucket list inspired by your inner child — plus a homemade nostalgic treat from Charity’s childhood. No hints!

Life can feel heavy. Heartbreak, fear, exhaustion, overwhelm, grief, and hopelessness can weigh us down. But is it possible to honor those feelings while still allowing ourselves to experience gratitude, joy, and love? Absolutely.

This workshop is an invitation to soften, reset, and reconnect with the playful part of yourself that still exists beneath the stress and responsibilities of adulthood.
