Join us for a restorative evening of self-connection and creativity. This intimate mini-retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner child, and create from a place of joy and curiosity.
We’ll begin by setting our intentions, grounding ourselves in presence before moving into a guided inner child meditation inside the salt cave — surrounded by tranquil sounds and soothing energy. From there, we’ll transition into a playful Sip & Sew session, where you’ll make your own drawstring backpack and adorn it with patches your inner child will love.
Come as you are — leave feeling lighter, inspired, and creatively recharged. No sewing experience necessary; all materials and refreshments are provided.
