Join us for an engaging and hands-on HBA Jax meeting featuring Noraliza from Luna Acupuncture, as she introduces us to the powerful practice of auricular acupuncture.
Auricular acupuncture focuses on specific points on the ear that correspond to different systems in the body and can support stress relief, focus, sleep, pain management, and overall balance. Noraliza will explain how this gentle, effective modality works and how it’s commonly used in holistic and integrative care.
Each attendee will leave with at least one ear seed applied, allowing you to personally experience the benefits of auricular acupuncture after the meeting.
