Chakra Yoga + Dance

Service Description

This 7 week lighthearted series will combine yoga and dance to help bring awareness and increase energy flow to the 7 main energy centers or chakras in the body. No prior yoga or dance experience is necessary. Join us for one or all sessions in our community room. $20 per drop-in, $15 per class if you have a membership. Begins March 1. No class on March 15.
